Lot of Real Estate Projects(Residential Appartments) in Noida : Which one to choose?

This year in 2010, every month many real estate builders are announcing new Projects in Noida... Mainly in Sector 119, 121, 74, 75, 76, 77, 78, 137, 110, 100, 162 etc .... For last four months I have been seraching for a good option for me but after talking to lot dealers decision becomes more difficult... During my visists to all these places, I had clicked some photographs of new projects in Noida.. Here are some of the photographs of Real Estate Projects in Noida....


This is a view of Sector-50 which is very well developed today and there are some projects still progressing on one side of it... This is a view of Oxame Twin Towers, Mahagun's new project in sector-50 and some other projects on the back side... Mostof them will be ready for posession by end of 2011... but no one can assure...


Apart from core noida, there are many projects going on in Noida extention which is Greater-noida... and beyond Pari chowk....


Here is a view of some of the projects in secto-50 which have already been dilivered to buyers... There are some very good aparatments in Sector-50 but some of them have very bad location...



Noida Extension also has lot of projects at comparitively cheaper rates... I am not sure how the booking are going there but rates are appreciating like anything which is not a very good sign in my opinion... When I went to Noida extension, it looked like a fair going on there.. there were lot of stalls and people shouting to bring more customers to their stalls for various projects in Noida Extension area...


If you have a set priority for floor and location, decide a particular flat in a partciular tower and go to different dealers with same choice.. Do it for one week and you will find that its available but when you catch any dealer first time, he will say "Jaldi kar lo sir nahin to option chali jayegi, booking bohot joron se chal rahi hai..." . I have seen many projects where prices are not appreciating and their flats are still on SALE... I don't want to name any of those projects here...


Here is a view of Sector 74 in Noida where lot of new projects have been launched.. Supertech Cape-Town, Ajnara Heritage Homes etc... Sector-77 is just opposite to this sector where we have Prateek wisteria and few more... many of the builders selling flats for last 8 months and there is no activuty on those plots... Again I will not quote the name :)


During my research for a house, I encountered a very intersting case where one builder had sold a part of the land to another builder for a small apparment project.. I went to the site to look at the plan... In one brochure there are Noida Authority Park on all three sides and in second brochure by main builder, they had swimming pool on one side, apparatments on second side and a very small park on third side.. and the same dealer was showing me those two brochures..  How can I buy a house with such silly things in main information brochure.. and how to confirm all such things...

Noida parks flooded with water after rains 2010 - Sector-26 : Monsoon Effect in Noida : Posted by VJ SHARMA at www.travellingcamera.com : This weekend I had to go for a Photo-Walk at Old Fort in Delhi but due to heavy rains I canceled that program and woke up at 11:30 am on Sunday... After that I came out and noticed that many areas in my sector were flooded with water and the park near my house was completely filled with rain water in it.. Here are few photographs of the Sector-26 park after rains on Sunday...Here was the first few I saw in the morning... and then want back to my room to have Camera for capturing these moments :-)One part of Sector-26 park in Noida... where everything is flooded in water and one can walk on the concrete pathways on all four sides...I have seen worst condition of Noida after rains this year... I have been staying here for last 5 years and never seen this kind of after-effects of rains... Noida which is short for the New Okhla Industrial Development Authority, is an area under the management of the New Okhla Industrial Development Authority... Noida has first-class amenities and is considered to be one of the more modern cities of Uttar Pradesh State of India. It is also home to the Noida Film City...Arre bhai kahan jaoon.. har jagah Paani hi Paani...Fresh green leaves after rains...When it rains, look up rather than down. Without the rain, there would be no rainbow...Noida is a major hub for multinational firms outsourcing IT services... Many large Software and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) companies have their offices in the city...Generally noida is green and well planned as compared to other cities in UP.... although many of outsiders don't find it a good city to live...Here is the bench where we used to spend lot of time after dinner... Many times plan for morning walks but finally stick to this bench....Rains, Rains go away... please...some reflections inside the water... Hope it gets dry in short time...Reflection of colorful benches in Sector-26 Park in Noida...Water, Water... Everywhere water... no place to sit and no place to play around...Can we store this water somewhere? Many times I see folks in Sector-26 who waste lot of water for washing their multiple cars in summers when some of the areas in Noida doesn't get enough water for their routine activities... but now rains have already washed their cars :-)Its sad that children were not able to enjoy/play outside due to these heavy rains... When I came to Noida five years back, there were two known malls : Center Stage Mall in sector-18 and Sab-Mall in Sector-27... After an year or so Spice Mall was built in Sector-25A which is also known as City Center of Noida... This is comparatively small Mall but it is full most of the times... after this a new Mall known as Great India Place came near main Market (Atta Market) of Noida.. This is most famous Mall in Noida now, but Spice is still doing great business... If you come to Spice Mall on Saturday, it will be very difficult to find parking space in regular parkings...

Yesterday night when I stepped out of office at 9:15 pm I was amazed to see dense fog outside. I was not able to notice the fountains which were at the distance of 10 feet... Main places to see & Top things to do around Dalhousie : Stunning Hill Station in Himalayan State of India

  Dalhousie is one of the most popular Hill Stations in Himachal  and there is lot to explore around Dalhousie. This is small and very well maintained town in Chamba region of Himachal Pradesh . This Photo Journey shares some of the exciting places around Chamba and how to plan a good one day tour through Khajjiar, Chamba & Chamera etc. CHAMERA HYDROLIC PROJECT Chamera Hydroelectric Project is located in Banikhet, 7 kms from Dalhousie. The water body near the lake is very scenic and is a popular boating spot. Chamera Dam is around 40 kilometers from Chamba Town. It takes approximately 1.5 hrs to reach the place is road condition is good. Overall it’s a little dry terrain as compared to Dalhousie and Khajjiar. And temperature also goes up as we go towards Chamera Dam.  As you move out from Chamba town, you follow Ravi river for some time and then take right. After 45 minutes of drive, you get a glimpse of Chemera Dam.
