After completing first riding stretch on second day, everyone had to cross a river to start trekking with there bikes on the shoulders... Here are few Photographs of that Moment when everyone was crossing the river (Although it was not very tough task as compared to hiking with bike) ..
Here comes the first ride who crossed the river... On both the ends, there was very less water but it was deep in the middle... (Rider No 7 of MTB Himachal 2010)
One part of the river which was isolated and not much flow of water.. Water was chilling in this river, but still few village boys were swimming there... Many of us were shivering by looking at those folks in chilled water of the river....
Jimsee Focusing on the subjects !!!

Here is another Photograph of Jimsee while crossing this river...
River crossing was fun and few folks were doing "Zor ki Azmayish..." :) I don't know timing of this stretch was noted or not, but many of the riders cleaned their bikes inside the river... Many of us spent approximately 30 mins on river bank...
Can you do this? At least I can't :)
Many of the riders were not very conscious about their cloths and shoes but some were very careful... (Rider No. 48 of MTB Himachal 2010)
Village folks witnessing the craziness of all the riders while they crossed the river and climbed up to the hill.. I will share Hill Climbing photographs tomorrow...
Experiments with Water... Many of the riders tried to create perfect ripples or multi-jumping of the stones on water surface etc... Here is one of the Photograph I was able to click in a hurry... All of us had good fun on river bank...
Typical style of bushes on river banks... I was very disappointed by seeing this photograph after downloading because light was very at that moment and still I was not able to capture it well...
I think this butterfly was bored of all the colorful flowers in Himalayan ranges and thought of coming down to river banks to enjoy various shaped stones and water plants...
Same butterfly on a flower.... It was not possible to go closer to this butterfly, so these are cropped shots ....
Here is one of the enthusiastic rides, who thought of riding the cycle inside the river... Many times we fell down and started riding his cycle again... He managed to reach other side of the rider by riding his cycle... That's the spirit MTB Himachal 2010 riders had... I salute to all of them !!!
