Infrastructure growth in Noida (National Capital Region, INDIA)

I know Gurgaon comes on mind first, when we talk about real estate growth in National Capital Region, INDIA. But my access is more to Noida and over the period of 6 months, I have clicked few photographs from various parts of Noida... All these are clicked with my HTC Desire HD Mobile :)

Infrastructure growth in Noida (National Capital Region, INDIA) : I know Gurgaon comes on mind first, when we talk about real estate growth in National Capital Region, INDIA. But my access is more to Noida and over the period of 6 months, I have clicked few photographs from various parts of Noida... All these are clicked with my HTC Desire HD Mobile :)I am seeing lot of construction in Sector-18 after 5 years at least. I came to Noida in 2005 and since then I only remember construction of Mosaic Hotel, which is near to sector-18 metro station !!! These days two main constructions are going on in sector-18. One building is near Metro line and it will be office space as it seems by looking at the design. Another building is being constructed in the middle of this sector, which is near to CenterStage Mall and Radisson. And it seems this building will be connected with waves in CSM through a over-bridge...This is a photograph clicked few months back in sector 137 of Noida. This sector is on Expressway which connected Noida with Greater Noida. 137 is approximately on mid-way. There are lot of residentials projects in this area and now few have come in sector 168 which is just opposite to sector 137... 168 is on other side of 137 w.r.t. Expressway...Few days back we visited our other office in sector 127 and this area has also some residential and commercial projects. Mainly Jaypee has huge chunk of land this side... The whole streatch we see in this photograph belongs to Jaypee... They have lot of residential projects running just in front of already developed sector-93.There are lot of offices in sector 127 of Noida which comes on the way to Greater Noida but closer to main city. There are lot of commercial plots around this place which seems to be already sold... This whole land was farm land at one point of time and that's why we have been listening to various farmer demands these days...Here I tried to capture the huge land area in reflected form... This photograph is shot on 7th floor of the building and whole area i front of this building is open as of now... Some of the plots have boundaries but hardly there are building.... Some of the land is still under use by farmers till builders start construction...Some of my office colleagues are in balcony to have tea break in the evening....3C has become a very familiar name when it comes to residential plots in Noida !! This photograph was shot in their commercial building in sector 127 where they have their main office as well !!!Spice Mall in City Center of Noida !!! 25A sector is completely open expect two buildings - SPICE Mall and Adobe Systems... This is most expensive land in Noida as of now... There is another sector which comes under City Center... This part is near to City Center Metro Station and there is only one mall on this land... S mall or something which has no shop I guess.. Some channel is being run out of this building as of now...Radisson Hotel in Sector 18... This is just adjacent to CenterStage Mall !!!All in all Noida is expanding and hope to bring some photographs from Greater Noida and Noida-Extension soon... This is just adjacent to CenterStage Mall !!!All in all Noida is expanding and hope to bring some photographs from Greater Noida and Noida-Extension soon... Apart from above mentioned regions, sectors like 74, 75, 76, 77, 78 have lot of residential projects going on.... Although future of these projects is not very clear as of now... Even I have heard that construction speed has gone down for last few weeks, due to Farmer's case in High Court !!!

Infrastructure growth in Noida (National Capital Region, INDIA) : I know Gurgaon comes on mind first, when we talk about real estate growth in National Capital Region, INDIA. But my access is more to Noida and over the period of 6 months, I have clicked few photographs from various parts of Noida... All these are clicked with my HTC Desire HD Mobile :)I am seeing lot of construction in Sector-18 after 5 years at least. I came to Noida in 2005 and since then I only remember construction of Mosaic Hotel, which is near to sector-18 metro station !!! These days two main constructions are going on in sector-18. One building is near Metro line and it will be office space as it seems by looking at the design. Another building is being constructed in the middle of this sector, which is near to CenterStage Mall and Radisson. And it seems this building will be connected with waves in CSM through a over-bridge...This is a photograph clicked few months back in sector 137 of Noida. This sector is on Expressway which connected Noida with Greater Noida. 137 is approximately on mid-way. There are lot of residentials projects in this area and now few have come in sector 168 which is just opposite to sector 137... 168 is on other side of 137 w.r.t. Expressway...Few days back we visited our other office in sector 127 and this area has also some residential and commercial projects. Mainly Jaypee has huge chunk of land this side... The whole streatch we see in this photograph belongs to Jaypee... They have lot of residential projects running just in front of already developed sector-93.There are lot of offices in sector 127 of Noida which comes on the way to Greater Noida but closer to main city. There are lot of commercial plots around this place which seems to be already sold... This whole land was farm land at one point of time and that's why we have been listening to various farmer demands these days...Here I tried to capture the huge land area in reflected form... This photograph is shot on 7th floor of the building and whole area i front of this building is open as of now... Some of the plots have boundaries but hardly there are building.... Some of the land is still under use by farmers till builders start construction...Some of my office colleagues are in balcony to have tea break in the evening....3C has become a very familiar name when it comes to residential plots in Noida !! Mainly in Sector 119, 121, 74, 75, 76, 77, 78, 137, 110, 100, 162 etc .... For last four months I have been seraching for a good option for me but after talking to lot dealers decision becomes more difficult... During my visists to all these places, I had clicked some photographs of new projects in Noida.. Here are some of the photographs of Real Estate Projects in Noida....This is a view of Sector-50 which is very well developed today and there are some projects still progressing on one side of it... This is a view of Oxame Twin Towers, Mahagun's new project in sector-50 and some other projects on the back side... Mostof them will be ready for posession by end of 2011... but no one can assure...Apart from core noida, there are many projects going on in Noida extention which is Greater-noida... and beyond Pari chowk....Here is a view of some of the projects in secto-50 which have already been dilivered to buyers... There are some very good aparatments in Sector-50 but some of them have very bad location...Noida Extension also has lot of projects at comparitively cheaper rates... I am not sure how the booking are going there but rates are appreciating like anything which is not a very good sign in my opinion... When I went to Noida extension, it looked like a fair going on there.. there were lot of stalls and people shouting to bring more customers to their stalls for various projects in Noida Extension area...If you have a set priority for floor and location, decide a particular flat in a partciular tower and go to different dealers with same choice.. Do it for one week and you will find that its available but when you catch any dealer first time, he will say

Noida parks flooded with water after rains 2010 - Sector-26 : Monsoon Effect in Noida : Posted by VJ SHARMA at www.travellingcamera.com : This weekend I had to go for a Photo-Walk at Old Fort in Delhi but due to heavy rains I canceled that program and woke up at 11:30 am on Sunday... After that I came out and noticed that many areas in my sector were flooded with water and the park near my house was completely filled with rain water in it.. Here are few photographs of the Sector-26 park after rains on Sunday...Here was the first few I saw in the morning... and then want back to my room to have Camera for capturing these moments :-)One part of Sector-26 park in Noida... where everything is flooded in water and one can walk on the concrete pathways on all four sides...I have seen worst condition of Noida after rains this year... I have been staying here for last 5 years and never seen this kind of after-effects of rains... Noida which is short for the New Okhla Industrial Development Authority, is an area under the management of the New Okhla Industrial Development Authority... Noida has first-class amenities and is considered to be one of the more modern cities of Uttar Pradesh State of India. It is also home to the Noida Film City...Arre bhai kahan jaoon.. har jagah Paani hi Paani...Fresh green leaves after rains...When it rains, look up rather than down. Without the rain, there would be no rainbow...Noida is a major hub for multinational firms outsourcing IT services... Many large Software and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) companies have their offices in the city...Generally noida is green and well planned as compared to other cities in UP.... although many of outsiders don't find it a good city to live...Here is the bench where we used to spend lot of time after dinner... Many times plan for morning walks but finally stick to this bench....Rains, Rains go away... please...some reflections inside the water... Hope it gets dry in short time...Reflection of colorful benches in Sector-26 Park in Noida...Water, Water... Everywhere water... no place to sit and no place to play around...Can we store this water somewhere? Many times I see folks in Sector-26 who waste lot of water for washing their multiple cars in summers when some of the areas in Noida doesn't get enough water for their routine activities... but now rains have already washed their cars :-)Its sad that children were not able to enjoy/play outside due to these heavy rains... When I came to Noida five years back, there were two known malls : Center Stage Mall in sector-18 and Sab-Mall in Sector-27... After an year or so Spice Mall was built in Sector-25A which is also known as City Center of Noida... This is comparatively small Mall but it is full most of the times... after this a new Mall known as Great India Place came near main Market (Atta Market) of Noida.. This is most famous Mall in Noida now, but Spice is still doing great business... If you come to Spice Mall on Saturday, it will be very difficult to find parking space in regular parkings...

Yesterday night when I stepped out of office at 9:15 pm I was amazed to see dense fog outside. I was not able to notice the fountains which were at the distance of 10 feet... Main places to see & Top things to do around Dalhousie : Stunning Hill Station in Himalayan State of India

  Dalhousie is one of the most popular Hill Stations in Himachal  and there is lot to explore around Dalhousie. This is small and very well maintained town in Chamba region of Himachal Pradesh . This Photo Journey shares some of the exciting places around Chamba and how to plan a good one day tour through Khajjiar, Chamba & Chamera etc. CHAMERA HYDROLIC PROJECT Chamera Hydroelectric Project is located in Banikhet, 7 kms from Dalhousie. The water body near the lake is very scenic and is a popular boating spot. Chamera Dam is around 40 kilometers from Chamba Town. It takes approximately 1.5 hrs to reach the place is road condition is good. Overall it’s a little dry terrain as compared to Dalhousie and Khajjiar. And temperature also goes up as we go towards Chamera Dam.  As you move out from Chamba town, you follow Ravi river for some time and then take right. After 45 minutes of drive, you get a glimpse of Chemera Dam.
