Checkhov ki Duniya play is set of 6 stories picked from a large set of stories written by a famous writer Chekhov. Cheenk, Surgery, Shikari, Besahara Aurat, Doobta Hua Aadmi and The Gift were six stories played in this show.
'Cheenk' an ironic tale, ‘The Sneezer’ cannot apologize enough to a blustering general for sneezing on his head at the opera show. ‘The Clerk’ cannot redeem himself of guilt and fears demotion.
This one is last photograph from first story - Cheenk. Cast of Cheenk - Chekhov ki Duniya was : Sunil Upadhyay who acted as Chekhov and narrated various scenes of Cheenk story. Evan was acted by Pasanna Soni, Evan's wife was Madhumita, General was acted by Deep Kumar and his wife's role was done by Rajni.
'Surgery' is a story of a man with a toothache faced with an inexperienced dental assistant who attempts his first tooth examination. It was really funny story where doctor was really desperate to take out the tooth of a patient and an act of tooth extraction was awesome.
Finally when tooth was extracted it was half and both of the doctor & patient started praying for successful extraction of next half :)
Here comes Chekhov to summarize second story of the play and introduce the third one. Cast of Surgery included father as Kailash Chauhan and Kuryatin by Jawed... Both of them were awesome as Church-father and Doctor.
Sunil Upadhyay joined again as main character of third story. I am not sure if the name of this story was SHIKARI or SEDUCTION.
'Shikari' shows a man-about-town giving an instructional session on seducing women, using a new husband as the conduit for his attempted seduction of the man’s bride, Irena.
Here is a photograph of newly wed wife of Shikari's friend. She was the main target of Shikari to explain his fundas to audience.
This was a different story and lengthy as well !!!

This is a curious expression of Wife when her husband come back home after meeting Peter. Initially she hated Peter and slowly she started liking him. This play was full of mixed expressions at various stages.
A collection of six short stories by Chekhov dealing with emotions in relationships running the gamut of trite power plays, sublime love, the commonplace everyday to exceptional circumstances, from the abyss of poverty to the idle games of the rich.
These three stories were played before interval of Checkhov ki Duniya and next three would be shared soon...
