Looong Waiting at Metro Station on a rainy day || Delhi Monsoons & Fast Moving Metro-Trains (MobileGIRI)
Recently when I downloaded photographs from my HTC Desire HD Mobile, there were some old photographs which were clicked in monsoons last year. Let's check few clicks from amazing mode of transportation in Capital City of India... Let's check out this Photo Journey with some clicks of Dilli Metro...
All these photographs have hazy look, which is because of mist on Mobile lens. All these photographs were clicked on a rainy day when there was huge delay in the movement of Metro-Trains. I love the way colors have come out due mist... Rainy days are best to capture pure forms of colors...
As per Wikipedia - The Delhi Metro is a rapid transit system serving Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida and Ghaziabad in the National Capital Region of India. The network consists of six lines with a total length of 190 kilometres with 142 stations of which 35 are underground. It has a combination of elevated, at-grade and underground lines and uses both broad gauge and standard gauge rolling stock. Four types of rolling stock are used: Mitsubishi-ROTEM Broad gauge, Bombardier MOVIA, Mitsubishi-ROTEM Standard gauge and CAF Beasain Standard gauge.
Metro has really changed the way Delhi people used to commute and live their lives. Now Delhites can't make any excuse for coming late for any meeting and date :) .. Because Metro Trains are very disciplined and give predictability to citizens of Capital City.
Metro is expanding in various parts of National Capital Region. I wish that reach of Metro Trains doesn't restrain to Metro cities of India !!!
