Month of April was celebrated as Community-Month in our office and various activities happened during this time. During one of the days, employee-kids and few kids from Literacy India came to office campus and spent some cheerful moments with us. Many of the kids brought their kids to office with some books which they don't need anymore. All these books are shared with Literacy India later on. Various activities happened during this special day with kids.
There was an activity of Hand-printing. Idea was to create a painting out of Hand prints. Some of the folks had created an outline on a huge canvas and colors were already decided. Each of the kid printed their hands on this canvas and finally it was a colorful landscape with some trees & flowers all around. Above photograph shows kids in queue for this hand-printing activity. Although some other activities were going on parallel but some of them were more interested in hand-printing...
Literacy India kids presented a play with a message - 'Importance of education with no discrimination'. Mainly it was focused on gender discrimination, but also highlighted the importance of education. Above photograph shows one of the actor of this play and he acted as Pradhan on the village.
A musical band 'Satva' performed for everyone there and kids also got chance to dance and have fun with wonderful music.

Various games were organized for different age groups.
Although most of the games were for kids, but parents were also enjoying the moments there.
