version of Adobe Photoshop Lightroom, there is a very useful feature
called 'Soft Proofing' which is quite helpful for folks who prefer to
pring their photographs frequently through Lightroom. It's mainly about
adjusting colors in your photographs so that correct color reproduction
can be done. Let's discuss more about Soft Proofing in Adobe Photoshop

In Develop Room of Lightroom there is a checkbox for 'Soft Proofing', which is shown in bottom bar of this room. Soft Prrofing section near Histogram is shown on checking Soft Proofing in Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 4.0. With this Histogram extremes change to 'Show Monitor Gamut Warning' and 'Show Destination Gamut Warning' which help in finding color problems with respect to the destination devices and color profile selected. We shall discuss this in detail during next post. We shall also see how to find color problems and ways to fix those through HSL controls or other processing options in Lightroom.
