Magical Light Show on a Church at Hyde Park, Sydney as a Pre-Christmas Celebration (By Darshan Mehra)
Everyone of us are eagerly waiting for Christmas, New Year and most importantly the holidays to celebrate the spirit of Festivity. At the same time, many of the Pre-Chrsitmas celebrations are happening in different parts of the world. One of such celebration has happened at Hyde Park, Sydney last week. This Photo Journey shares some of the Light show photographs clicked by Darshan Mehra.
Hyde Park is one of the oldest public parklands in Australia which is spread over 40-acres around central business district of Sydney, New South Wales. Hyde Park is actually on the eastern side of the Sydney city centre. This Light show happens around the church. Some of the beautiful imageries were projected on Church, as you can also see in these photographs. There were many folks around the church to celebrate the moments.
These visuals created with light look awesome and completely give a sense of celebration for Christmas. I am sure that many of the other places would get inspired by this to have more fun during Pre-Christmas weeks. Today we also have a party on the roof to celebrate upcoming week of festivities and idea is to celebrate together before we move towards our destinations during holidays.
Not very sure of Christmas but for many of the festivals, story-telling has significant importance and I am guessing that story-telling is happening through this lighting show. If not the detailed one but something on the same lines.
