How to achieve Lens-Zoom Effect in Adobe Photoshop Elements || ZoomIn-ZoomOut Effect on a Photograph

Zoom Effect is one of the famous photography effect which is usually accomplished through lens movement at slow shutter-speed. Launch Editor of Adobe Photoshop Elements and go to File Menu for opening an appropriate file. Here we are taking an architecture photograph, which is quite symmetrical. Photograph opened in Editor will look something like this - 2. Now press CTRL+J to duplicate layers or right click on background layer and select 'Duplicate Layer'. Layer panel will be showing two layers on right side of your workspace like -3. Now select top layer in Editor and go to Image Menu. Go to Transform option and select 'Free Transform'. Instead of going to menu and selecting this sub-menu, you can simply press CTRL+T.4. Go to top-left corner of the boundary you see around your photograph and move it upwards to stretch your photograph. Repeat same thing on bottom-right corner. During this make sure that you reduce opacity of layer to around 30%, so that you get to see the effect you are getting on top of main layer.
