Till date we have been to Corbett, Rnathambore, Sariska & have done a total of 6 safaris and have every time prayed hard for a Tiger sighting. We had almost come to believe that we aren't destined to seeing the tiger in the wild.
Today that jinx broke and we had a close encounter with the majestic big cat. This is a 20 months old cub of the Tigress T17 who died in a fight with a male just 12 months after giving birth to twin cubs. These cubs are almost fully grown up but haven't yet been assigned names & numbers, because they haven't yet proven themselves.
We saw both the brothers within a gap of 15 minutes on zone number 5 of Ranthambore. The credit for sighting these Tigers goes completely to Aircel who organized this trip for us under #SaveOurTigers campaign and Mr Anish Andheria.
And this is just a quick glimpse of the sighting. We will soon be back with more details about this amazing experience of being at Ranthambore National Park with Aircel Team and the Conservation Experts.
