During my recent visit to San Francisco, I managed to take a quick tour of Palace of Fine Arts. It was late evening when I reached and before getting dark, I shot few shots of this beautiful building. This photo journey shares some information about the place and few shots.
The Palace of Fine Arts is one of the most beautiful architectures in San Francisco and located quite close to Golden Gate Bridge. Last time when I visited San Francisco, we crossed through this building during the Photo Walk, but couldn't stop due to lack of time. This is located around a very nice neighborhood and there are some interesting walks. We walked around the streets for some time and then headed back to Union Square by taking bus. Bus is easily available for this place and the one which connects Union Square area, drops you at mission street.
There is this beautiful water body in front of this marvelous building and few green parks around it. All these things make this place stunning. I don't really know what else can be done here during the day, but I would want to visit this place again during day and explore more.
