A day well spent with fellow bloggers, Saif Ali Khan, Daboo Ratnani & Aditi Singh Sharma @ Kingdom of Dreams
We had a blogger invite for today and we were not going for it earlier. Then last evening we got a call from a friend that he is coming and we had to pick him from railway station. Both these incidents made me to take a full day off, which was worth. We thoroughly enjoyed the day with blogger friends, Saif Ali Khan, Daboo Ratnani and Aditi Singh Sharma at Kingdom of Dreams in Gurgaon. This Photo Journey shares some moments from this brilliant day.
We were late for the event and it was in progress as we entered into Kingdom of Dreams. Aditi Singh Sharma was performing on stage and she sang some beautiful songs for bloggers & media present in the auditorium.
Soon after she was done with the performances and it was time for some boring stuff :), which you would know in my next blog-post. Believe me, it would sound interesting in my blog-post, so do check out.
Daboo Ratnani was also there and I had very high expectations from his presence, but it was very boring discussion. Meeting him was one of the main reasons for taking an off today from my office. I was little disappointed.
He talked about photography with phone cameras but some of the stuff seemed too good to believe. So hope to try out some of the gadgets & technologies he shared and see if all the claims make sense or not. I never prefer to make an opinion and share on this blog on the basis of some discussion or announcements, even if these statements are made by acclaimed celebrities.
Saif Ali Khan had dashing entry on the stage.
I found him self-conscious about himself on the stage and continuously kept looking at surrounding screens to ensure that he is looking fine. Taking out his hands from pocket, ensuring that his jacket is not moving in wrong direction, hairs look fine etc. Keep a watch on the blog for a specific blog-post about the same soon. But you know, he was 'WOW' :) (please recall the way he says 'wow').
Just to tell you that event was a launch of a phone and there were great things were to talk about this new phone. How much of that is reality, we will try and share with you. So be tuned about the next post and another hands-on review. And mostly it will be focused about the camera.
After all the performances and meetings were over, it was time to catch up with fellow bloggers and have lunch at Culture gully.
After having lunch, we explored the book launge inside Kingdom of Dreams and some of the other interesting shops and alleys.
Photo clicking sessions were also happening all around. It was great to catch-up with Priyanka, Akanksha, Alka, Arpit and Prashant after a long time. Arpit who is into Wedding Photography is again planning to move into IT profession, which sounded disappointing to me. He does brilliant work and in my opinion, he should continue with his passion. Hope things work in best way for him. Best wishes Arpit !
Kingdom of Dreams campus is very beautiful and you feel like clicking lot of photographs. Some of the areas were closed today, we could't explore most of it.
Happy bloggers having fun at Kingdom of Dreams, Gurgaon.
If you are still wondering about the event and what was the main reason behind this blogger meet, then stay tuned for the next blog post.
