Sinquerim beach is first beach in Goa when we go from Panjim towards north part of Goa. This beach is 14 kilometers from Panjim and located near Aguada Fort. This Photo Journey shares some of the photographs clicked around Sinquerim Beach in Goa.
Almost all the beaches in Goa was quite different although you can find subtle similarity among all the beaches in North vs South. We drove to Vivanta by Taj which oversees the Sinquerim beach. There is sufficient parking space. We parked the car and walked towards a huge fort structure just on the beach.
This fort structure offers great views of powerful sea waves. I also tried to make a time-lapse video of these waves and failed miserably.
There is a walking area around the fort wall, which offers great views of the sea and Sinquerim beach. Towards the end, there are few places to sit and relax. There are some really peaceful places where you can sit and hear the sounds of sea waves.
One can see fishermen boats at the long distance. How many boats you see depends upon the weather and time of the day.
This photograph was clicked while driving back to Panjim from Sinquerim beach. There are multiple routes to reach a place in goa and some of the internal roads take you through some of the beautiful places. Agriculture is also one of the main occupations of Goan people. During monsoons, one can find lot of paddy fields around.
Here is a photograph showing Vivanta by Taj which is just opposite to Sinquerim beach in Goa.
Tourists enjoying the sea waves around Sinquerim beach.
Sinquerim beach is relatively cleaner and less crowded, as compared to other beached in North Goa. Although water sport activities are little expensive at Sinquerim beach.
This is a lovely place near Vivanta by Taj, where you can sit for long hours and enjoy activities happening around the sea.
