For last few days, I got 2 calls from OLA that I have to make pending payment otherwise my OLA account would be blocked. Next time, probably I will record this ridiculous message. When I checked the app, I had no way to make sure that the claim is right but assuming that claim is right I was expecting some sort of link/button to make payments.
I thought I am unable to find but there must be one, so let me reach out to support and clear the pending stuff, whatever it is. Support in app sucks so I reached Twitter (the first screenshot shows initial conversation which then moved to messages) and here you go with the conversation through messages -

With all these details, I am wondering for Ola dares to call customers and threaten when their app is so useless?
