It would not be an exaggeration if I say that vacation experience at Four Seasons Costa Rica has been very special and unique for me & Vibha. If you are thinking why, the answer is multi-fold and we will unfold it through multiple blog-posts in coming weeks. Keep a watch on this space to know more about Four Seasons Property in Papagayo Peninsula of Costa Rica, it's rooms/suites/villas, activities/services offered at the property, it's food and cultural events and lot more which is hard to list in a hurry. Let's start with a quick tour of our room at Four Seasons Papagayo Peninsula and trust me this is the basic one and more fancier versions would be shared soon in upcoming posts.
Four Seasons is one of the most special property in Costa Rica to stay while you are in vacation mode. This is spread over a huge area across multiple hills in Papagayo Peninsula which is one of the very well maintained regions of Costa Rica. Above photograph shows the view of 2 beautiful pools close of the main lobby of the resort and our room was pretty close to beaches, restaurants, pools and main amenities inside the resort.
There are various villas and suites in the property which are little far from main amenities, but offer great experiences in terms of infinity pools in villas and great views of the oceans and as far as commute is concerned, golf-cars are available all the time if you want to move between the places inside the property, which is spread over acres of the land.
Above photograph is clicked from our balcony which opens towards the Bay and Playa Blanca. There was a nice seating arrangement in the balcony and it was pretty huge. Easily bigger that one of the bedroom in my Delhi apartment :). There was a well cushioned couch setup on one side of the balcony and 2 chairs with table on the other side.
One of the amazing things of staying at Four Seasons was that most of the times when you come back to your room, you would find it clean and set. No matter how many times you step out. We were wondering if they were keeping closer watch on all guests and planning room service accordingly. Many times we used to spread wet cloths all around, after coming back from the beach and after a while we would find things cleaner in the room.

You can see folks on the beach with their kayaks around the shoreline. the weather was little humid so while in AC room, we had less motivation to go out in the balcony. Still we stepped out a few times and enjoyed ocean music and the views of the beach through high trees. The best part of the kind of privacy you get these balconies. Pretty isolated and in fact, no noise from neighbouring rooms in the property.

Four Seasons Papagayo Peninsula is appropriate balance of luxury and nature, offering boundless amenities, farm-to-table dining, eco-activities and a taste of Costa Rica's renowned "Pura Vida" lifestyle.
That's a bad attempt to click whole room in panoramic mode. This is huge room which was hard to fit in normal frame of the camera. Quality of each and everything placed in the room was awesome - be it furniture, bedding stuff, beverages, snacks, water bottles, toiletries etc.
Each corner of the room at Four Seasons is spacious with finer care of guests and bathroom was equally spacious. Size of the bath tub was huge and probably the biggest bath-tub I have used ever :). Am I using this phrase multiple times in this post? Probably it's worth using and that's why I am super impressed by Four Seasons and hopefully will explore another one soon.
This was my favourite corner in the room, especially when I wanted to do something on my laptop. There was a table chair for laptop work but I preferred this one.
Room was first encounter for us at Four Seasons Papagayo Peninsula as registration and welcome process was super smooth. We didn't even realise when we landed in our room with our luggage. Staff at each step helped us with everything and gave us ride from reception area to the room in Golf-car.
We took almost 10 minutes to soak in that we are going to stay in this beautiful room and all photographs you see in this post are shot just after entering into the room and that reminds me that probably we didn't any room photograph after our first day. Probably we were doing more awesome things in the resort or the room became usual thing for us, which certainly happens when you are traveling.
