This part of the Bangkok city if not only about Central World but there are plenty of malls all around and very well connected through foot-over bridges with pretty nice decorations and designs all around. Before hitting Central World Bangkok, we had spent around 2 hours in other huge malls as our tuktuk dropped us at most convenient place according to him :). During Chrsitmas and New year, the place is full of glitters, music and party mood. Many of these malls have some of the popular bars in the city. Not only these malls but some of the skyscrapers around Central World Bangkok have roof-top bars and we are talking about bar at 40th floor or so. During New Year, everything was in high demand and this was not in our priority list, we don't have specific details on this part about popular places to celebrate New Year in Bangkok city of Thailand.

Central World is probably the most happening place on New year evening in Bangkok, Thailand. There are so many parties around this place that you would certainly find a spot for yourself to celebrate this special evening with your friends or family. Some of the parties are exclusive and you need to do bookings upfront, but still there are so many arrangements in open for others to come together & celebrate. The whole vibe is hard to describe in words.

If you are not thinking of shopping in Bangkok and you are in town when no special celebration happening, you can think of skipping a visit to Central World in Bangkok. Why? That's what we would do. And core reason is all across the world there are so many shopping malls with different scales. So rather spend your time soaking in real culture or the country and other aspects which you can't find in other cities. While I say this, I always wonder why do I need to visit Dubai. I am sure there must be lot of artificial things Dubai has built at scale but I would rather want to visit other places first which have original culture, architecture, landscapes etc.
